These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 777ac ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 777ac online casino and sports betting platform available at https://777ac.cam.

Use of the 777ac Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• Single account: You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. Creation of multiple accounts — whether using your own details, a third party's details, or fictitious information — is strictly prohibited.
• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. You may not register on behalf of another individual or entity.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either through the Platform or any third-party gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 777ac or any affiliated operator.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

4.2 KYC Verification

777ac applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and age verification requirements. You may be required to submit verification documents at any stage of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the past 90 days) where required.
• A selfie or liveness check photo, confirming that the identity document matches the Account holder.
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable.

Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents via unsecured chat, email, or third-party messaging services. 777ac will not be held liable for consequences arising from documents transmitted through insecure channels at the User's initiative.

4.3 Verification Holds

The Platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail verification or where document authenticity cannot be confirmed may be permanently closed.

5.1 Funding Your Account

Deposits to your 777ac Account may be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier section. Available methods are subject to change and may vary by region. Pakistani users may encounter familiar payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah as contextual options — however, active deposit availability is confirmed exclusively in the live cashier at the time of deposit.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders whose accounts are in good standing. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any User found to be abusing promotional terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion with other players, exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other strategy deemed abusive at the Platform's sole discretion — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of bets and casino game rounds on the 777ac Platform:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Account Balance. Bets placed during a system error or technical failure may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• All bets are final once confirmed. The Platform does not accept bet cancellations once a game round or event has commenced.
• Sports betting results are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies (including the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for ICC tournaments, and relevant football and UFC governing bodies).
• In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules disclosed at the time of bet placement.
• Where a casino game outcome is determined to be the result of a software malfunction or manifest error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes.
• The Platform does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game title or sports market. Game catalogues and market availability are subject to change without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ac Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly illegal.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security or infrastructure.
• Any conduct intended to defraud the Platform or any other user.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software or game content.
• Using Platform content for commercial purposes, including resale, advertising, or public performance.
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright or proprietary notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 777ac provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 777ac does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 777ac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
• 777ac's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Platform support at [email protected]. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms. Any verified, non-restricted Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Platform staff or other users.
• Identification of problem gambling behaviour in circumstances where the Platform is obligated to intervene.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or Terms breach, any Balance may be forfeited in full. In other cases, verified and non-restricted funds will be returned to the User upon completion of applicable checks.

777ac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered users via email or prominent in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as disclosed in the operator's official licensing documentation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a waiver of any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
